1. Refund Eligibility

MedNursingSolution offers refunds for course purchases under the following conditions:

• 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Full refund if requested within 7 days of purchase and less than 20% of course content has been accessed
• Technical Issues: Full refund if you experience technical difficulties that prevent access to course materials and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 48 hours
• Duplicate Payments: Full refund for accidental duplicate transactions processed through Razorpay

2. Non-Refundable Items

• Courses where more than 20% of content has been accessed
• Refund requests made after 7 days of purchase
• Completed courses or courses with certificates issued
• Payment processing fees charged by Razorpay (these are non-refundable)

3. Refund Process (Razorpay)

All refunds are processed through Razorpay to the original payment method:

• Refunds to credit/debit cards: 5-7 business days
• Refunds to UPI: 2-3 business days
• Refunds to net banking: 5-10 business days
• Refunds to wallets: 1-2 business days

Note: The refund timeline depends on your bank's processing time. Razorpay initiates the refund immediately upon approval.

4. How to Request a Refund

5. Partial Refunds
